中空超扁平系列谐波减速器模态分析 被引量:2

摘要 中空超扁平系列谐波减速器进行寿命测试过程中,当转速达到一定数值时,该系列谐波减速器振动较大,严重影响其使用寿命。为研究其振动机理,为改善振动性能提供基础,需要对该系列谐波减速器进行模态分析。首先,采用Hy⁃perMesh软件对谐波减速器进行有限元建模,计算获取所关注范围内的模态结果。同时采用16通道动态信号测试分析系统,对谐波减速器进行振动模态实验测试。最终,将实测与仿真结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的有效性,可为后续机械结构优化提供指导意见。 During the life test of the central control super flat series harmonic reducer,when the speed reaches a certain value,the vibration of the series reducer will be larger.In order to study the vibration mechanism,the modal analysis of this series of harmonic reducers is carried out in this paper.Firstly,the finite element model of harmonic reducer is built by using the Hypermesh software,and the modal results in the concerned range are obtained.At the same time,16 channel dynamic signal test and analysis system is used to test the vibration mode of harmonic reducer.Finally,the effectiveness of the simulation results is verified by comparing the measured results with the simulation results,which can provide guidance for the subsequent mechanical structure optimization.
