C1齿轮钢激光辅助切削性能的仿真研究

摘要 本文采用Abaqus和领航CuttingSim软件对C1齿轮钢的激光辅助切削过程进行有限元建模,同时采用Vdflux作为激光移动热源子程序,对以齿轮钢为典型代表的难加工材进行切削仿真分析。结果表明:从单元测试得到的加载方向的载荷-位移曲线来看,C1齿轮钢在高温环境中表现出明显的加热软化特性;结合通用和JC损伤,同时以切削过程各个方向以及总切削力曲线作为评价标准,可以看出加热后得到的切削力曲线不管是在各个分力还是总力上均较一般切削过程明显偏低,说明激光加热辅助过程有助于软化材料、降低切削力。 This article uses Abaqus and Pilot CuttingSim software to conduct finite element modeling of the laser assisted cutting process of C1 gear steel,and uses Vdflux as the laser moving heat source subroutine to conduct cutting simulation analysis on difficult to machine materials represented by gear steel.The results show that from the load displacement curve of the loading direction obtained from unit testing,C1 gear steel exhibits obvious heating softening characteristics in high temperature environments.Combining general and JC damage,and using the cutting process in all directions and the total cutting force curve as evaluation criteria,it can be seen that the cutting force curve obtained after heating is significantly lower than the general cutting process in terms of both component and total forces,indicating that laser heating assisted processing helps to soften the material and reduce cutting force.
