摘要
目的:探索适合我国的高级执业护师方向护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养模式。方法:基于“三位一体、医护协同、跨学科创新培养”教育理念,运用行动研究法构建慢性病管理高级执业护师方向护理硕士专业学位研究生的培养模式。结果:初步形成我国慢性病管理高级执业护师方向护理硕士专业学位研究生培养模式,包含本土化课程体系、临床实践方案、质量管理体系,在临床实践中取得了积极成效。结论:该培养模式的培养目标和教育理念明确,课程体系和临床实践方案清晰,质量管理体系健全,为创新高层次应用型护理人才培养提供了新思路。
Objective:To explore the training mode for master of professional degree of Nurse Practitioner(NP)in China.Methods:Based on the education philosophy of"trinity,medical cooperation and innovative interdisciplinary training",the training mode for master of professional degree of NP in noncommunicable diseases management was developed by the action research method.Results:The training mode included the localized curriculum,the clinical practice program and the quality management system,and positive effects have been achieved.Conclusion:This training mode is with clear training objectives and education philosophy,distinct curriculum and clinical practice program,and sound quality management system,which can provide a new idea for the innovation in training advanced nurse practitioners.
