不同樱桃嫁接组合的形态及生理指标评价

摘要 为筛选适宜青海地区樱桃嫁接砧木及接穗品种,文中以吉塞拉6号为砧木,17个樱桃品种为接穗,研究不同樱桃嫁接组合的形态及生理指标,对苗木定植后成活率进行调查,利用主成分分析法对17个樱桃嫁接组合的嫁接成活率、株高、穗砧直径比、干物质含量、总酚含量、POD活性、PAL活性等7个指标进行综合评价。结果表明:Lambert嫁接成活率最高,Skeena嫁接成活率最低;Bing生长最快,Hedelifingen生长最慢;Saylor的穗砧直径比最大,Lapins的穗砧直径比最小;Lapins的干物质含量最大,Sweetheart的干物质含量最小;Krsten的总酚含量最大,Rainier的总酚含量最小;Attika的POD活性最大,Utah Giant的POD活性最小;Sweetheart的PAL活性最大,Summit的PAL活性最小。综上,17个樱桃嫁接组合生长较好的为Lambert、Krsten和Attika,生长较差的为Skeena、Summit和Hedelifingen。根据主成分分析图可知,成活率、株高、穗砧直径比、POD活性、PAL活性与不同樱桃品种嫁接吉塞拉6号的长势呈正相关,而干物质含量和总酚含量与嫁接长势呈负相关。本研究结果可为青海地区筛选优良樱桃品种提供理论依据。 In order to select Prunus avium L.grafting rootstocks and scion varieties suitable for Qinghai,the morphological and physiological indexes of different kinds of Prunus avium L.grafting combinations are studied taking Gisela No.6 as the rootstock and 17 kinds of Prunus avium L.as scions.The survival rates of seedlings after planting are investigated.The principal component analysis is used to comprehensively evaluate grafting survival rate,plant height,panicle/stock diameter ratio,dry matter content,total phenolics content,POD activity and PAL activity of 17 grafting combinations.The results show that Lambert has the highest grafting survival rate,while Skeena's is the lowest;Bing grows the fastest,while Hedelifingen grows the slowest;Saylor has the largest panicle/stock diameter ratio,while Lapins'is the smallest;Lapins has the highest dry matter content,while Sweet-heart's is the lowest;Krsten has the highest total phenolics content,while Rainier's is the lowest;Attika has the highest POD activity,while Utah Giant's is the lowest;Sweetheart has the highest PAL activity,while Summit's is the lowest.In summary,the grafting combinations with better growth are Lambert,Krsten and Attika,while the ones with worse growth are Skeena,Summit and Hedelifingen.According to the principal component analysis chart,the survival rate,plant height,panicle/stock diameter ratio,POD activity and PAL activity are positively correlated with the growth of different varieties of Prunus avium L.grafted on Gisela No.6,while dry matter content and total phenolics content are negatively correlated with grafting growth.The results can provide a theoretical basis for selecting excellent Prunus avium L.varieties in Qinghai.
