摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)理念在脑胶质瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年7月在郑州大学附属肿瘤医院/河南省肿瘤医院住院的54例脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,按照住院编号分为对照组和干预组,每组27例。对照组接受临床常规护理,干预组接受ERAS理念的护理干预,比较两组围手术期指标、疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果干预组术后首次进食时间、首次下床活动时间、拔除引流管时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);术后12、24 h疼痛指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ERAS应用于脑胶质瘤患者围手术期,效果确切,可改善术后主要康复指标。
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative period of patients with brain glioma.Methods From August 2021 to July 2022,a total of 54 patients with brain glioma who were hospitalized in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Zhengzhou University/Henan Cancer Hospital were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and intervention group according to the inpatient number,with 27 patients in each group.The control group received clinical routine nursing and the intervention group received ERAS nursing intervention.The perioperative indexes,pain degree and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The first time to eat,the first time to get out of bed,the time to remove drainage tube,the first defecation time and the length of hospital stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the pain index at 12 and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS in the perioperative period of patients with brain glioma has a certain effect and can improve the main rehabilitation indicators after surgery.
