某含钼高硫矽卡岩型铜矿选矿试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 某含钼高硫细粒嵌布矽卡岩型铜矿含铜0.42%、钼0.007%、硫11.87%,铜主要赋存于黄铜矿、辉铜矿及铜蓝中,铜在次生硫化铜中的分配率占37.65%。相较黄铜矿,辉铜矿及铜蓝嵌布粒度极细,约有40%~50%次生铜矿物嵌布粒度在20μm以下,铜矿物嵌布粒度整体不均匀。采用阶段磨矿—优先浮铜钼—优浮尾矿强化细粒铜回收的原则流程,小型闭路试验可获得综合铜精矿Cu品位22.57%、回收率75.28%,综合铜精矿Mo含量0.36%、回收率75.28%的选别指标。与混合浮选流程相比,阶段磨矿—优先浮铜钼—优浮尾矿强化细粒铜回收的工艺流程更适应铜矿物的不均匀嵌布特征,铜精矿Cu品位提高2.59个百分点,Cu回收率提高4.99个百分点,另采用选择性铜钼捕收剂KMY-2可强化钼矿物回收,铜精矿中Mo作业回收率提高51.79个百分点,体现了较好的选别效果。 A high sulfur molybdenum-bearing fine grained disseminated skarn copper deposit contains Cu 0.42%,Mo 0.007%,S 11.87%.Copper mainly occurs in chalcopyrite,chalcocite and copper-blue,and the distribution rate of copper in secondary copper sulfide is 37.65%.Compared with chalcopyrite,chalcopyrite and cuprite disseminated grain size is very fine,about 40%~50%of secondary copper minerals disseminated grain size is less than 2oμm,copper minerals disseminated grain size is not uniform.The principle process of strengthening fine Cu recovery by stage grinding-preferential flotation of Cu and Mo and fine flotation tailings is adopted.In small-scale closed-circuit tests,a comprehensive copper concentrate with Cu grade of 22.57%and Cu recovery of 75.28%was obtained,and a comprehensive copper concentrate with Mo grade of 0.36%and Mo recovery of 75.28%was obtained.Compared with the bulk flotation process,the process is more consistent with the uneven distribution characteristics of copper minerals.Cu grade of copper concentrate is increased by 2.59 percentage points,Cu recovery is increased by 4.99 percentage points.In addition,the selective Cu-Mo collector KMY-2 can enhance the recovery of Mo minerals,and Mo recovery of copper concentrate is increased by 51.79 percentage points,which reflects a better separation effect.
