浅谈矽卡岩铜矿床特征及其难选矿石浮选技术 被引量:3

摘要 本文重点阐述了矽卡岩铜矿矿床成因和矿床特征、难选矽卡岩铜矿的工艺矿物学特点和难选矽卡岩铜矿的浮选技术。指出应加强研究矿床学理论与选矿学理论的内在联系,尤其是将矿床物理化学特征与浮选理论相结合,对于浮选工艺流程制定具有重要的宏观指导意义。矽卡岩铜矿床相比其他铜矿床类型而言,矿体连续性差,矿物组成成分复杂,杂质元素较多,脉石矿物对于浮选的影响较大,且有中细粒嵌布结构,总体上相对难选一些。针对难选矽卡岩铜矿,浮选研究中应重点考虑磨矿流程的制定、铜硫分离、铜与易浮脉石分离等问题。 In China,it is very important to research and develop the skarn copper deposits.The main contents of this paper include the genesis and deposit characteristics of skarn copper deposits,the process mineralogy characteristics of complex skarn copper ore and flotation technology of complex skarn copper ore.The paper points out that the research of interrelationship between the theory of ore deposit and the theory of mineral processing should be strengthened,especially the combination of the physical and chemical characteristics of ore deposit and flotation theory,which has important macroscopic guiding significance for flotation process.Compared with other types of copper deposits,skarn copper deposits are characterized by poor continuity,complex mineral composition,impurity elements and the fine grained disseminated structure,and gangue minerals have a greater influence on flotation.Therefore,skarn copper ore is relatively difficult to flotation separation.For the complex skarn copper deposit,the priority of flotation study should be given to the development of grinding circuit,the separation of copper and sulfur,as well as the separation of copper and hydrophobic gangue,etc.
