摘要
随着信息技术与医疗行业融合程度不断加深,“互联网+”对传统的医院组织架构和管理理念造成巨大冲击,并对医院智慧工会建设提出全新的要求,给我国的医疗卫生事业注入强大动力。该文旨在对目前公立医院智慧工会建设现状进行分析,提出如何更好地运用“互联网+”做好公立医院智慧工会建设,以及如何加强互联网技术与医疗行业的融合,实现创新管理等措施,期望能够为有关方面的研究提供些许参考及借鉴。
With the deepening of the integration of information technology and medical industry,"Internet Plus"has caused a great impact on the traditional hospital organizational structure and management concept,and posed new requirements for the construction of hospital smart trade unions.This has brought a strong driving force to the medical and health cause of our country.For the purpose of analyzing the current situation of the construction of smart trade unions in public hospitals,and this paper discusses how to make better use of"Internet Plus",how to do a good job in the construction of smart trade unions in public hospitals,how to strengthen the integration of Internet technology and medical industry,and how to achieve innovative management and other measures,in the hope of providing some reference for the research of relevant parties.
