摘要
新型冠状病毒(简称“新冠”)肺炎疫情发生以来,各级工会在党组织的领导下积极行动,在统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展工作中发挥了重要助力作用。本文通过介绍中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所工会在助力疫情防控和事业发展中的主要措施与成效,分析研究工会组织在其中所发挥的重要作用,为科研院所工会今后进一步加强和改进工作、更好地助力应对重大公共卫生突发事件和各项事业发展提供参考思路。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the trade unions at all levels have been active in the leadership of the party organizations,and have played an important role in coordinating the prevention and control of COVID-19.Main measures and achievements of the trade union of Institute of Medicinal Biotechnology Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in helping epidemic prevention and enterprise development are introduced in this paper.The important role played by the trade union organization is analyzed.Then reference ideas are provided for the trade union in scientific research institute to strengthen and improve its work and help to deal with major public health emergencies in the future.
