摘要
为解决芯片领域关键核心技术“卡脖子”难题,南方科技大学深港微电子学院在新工科背景下主动探索了面向未来的创新产学研协同育人新模式。学院建立了健全的组织体系与国际化多元化的师资队伍;确立了清晰且多样化的人才培养目标、灵活的人才培养模式、结构化动态化的课程体系;丰富了人才培养举措,建立以学校为主体、以学生为中心、通识教育与专业教育相结合、理论与实践并举的人才培养机制,构建以联合实验室、校企联合培养研究生、实训基地、国产电子设计自动化软件进校园、“课程-实训-大赛”为举措的产教融合模式,回应了新工科建设对微电子集成电路人才培养提出的挑战。
In order to solve the“bottleneck”problem of the key core technology in the chip field,the School of Microelectronics of Southern University of Science and Technology has actively explored a new mode of future-oriented innovative industry-university-research collaborative education under the background of new engineering construction.The school has established a sound organizational system and an international and diversified faculty,clear and diversified talent training objectives,flexible talent training models,structured and dynamic curriculum system and abundant talent training initiatives.It has established a talent training mechanism with schools as the main body,students as the center,general education and professional education combined,and theory and practice integrated.It has built an industry education integration model with the joint laboratory,school enterprise joint training of graduate students by introducing training base,domestic electron⁃ics design automation software into the campus,and taking the“curriculum-training-competition”as a measure,which has responded to the challenges posed by the new engineering construction to the cultivation of microelec⁃tronic integrated circuit talents.
