摘要
目的 分析环磷酰胺联合甲强龙治疗糖尿病合并毒性甲状腺肿性内分泌眼病的临床效果。方法 56例糖尿病合并毒性甲状腺肿性内分泌眼病患者,按照奇偶数原则分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予环磷酰胺+甲强龙治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、临床治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖(5.28±1.33)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.32±2.09)mmol/L均低于对照组的(6.24±1.62)、(10.48±1.22)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率96.43%高于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 环磷酰胺联合甲强龙治疗应用在糖尿病合并毒性甲状腺肿性内分泌眼病患者中可起到良好效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cyclophosphamide combined with methylprednisolone in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with toxic goiter endocrine ophthalmopathy.Methods A total of 56 cases of diabetes mellitus patients with toxic goiter endocrine ophthalmopathy were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even principle,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide and methylprednisolone on the basis of conventional treatment.The blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose)before and after treatment,and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of(5.28±1.33)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of(8.32±2.09)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those of(6.24±1.62)and(10.48±1.22)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of 71.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclophosphamide combined with methylprednisolone is effective in the treatment of diabetes mellitus patients with toxic goiter endocrine ophthalmopathy,which is worthy of promotion.
