基于分体式技术的电梯智能检测仪设计

摘要 多数检测技术偏向于故障诊断与运行质量检测,而国内大多数电梯事故的直接诱因是电梯门故障。除此之外,国内多数检测仪或者相关检测装置价格较为昂贵,无法全面推广。为保障人们的生命财产安全,从硬件与软件两个角度,提出了一种可对电梯门机械强度、阻止关门力、关门行程动能、开关门速度、门隙进行检测的智能检测仪,严格按照国家标准对电梯性能进行检测,并采用分体式设计方法降低设备的设计难度与制造难度。试验结果表明,设计的智能检测仪检测结果较为精准,符合国家相关标准和规范,并在一定程度上降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。 Most detection techniques are biased towards fault diagnosis and operational quality detection,while the direct cause of most domestic elevator accidents is the elevator door fault.In addition,most of the domestic detector or related detection devices are expensive,can not be fully promoted.In order to ensure the safety of people\s life and property,from the hardware and software angles,an intelligent detecting instrument is presented,which can detect the mechanical strength,stopping closing force,closing stroke kinetic energy,opening and closing speed and clearance of elevator doors,the detector can test the performance of the elevator strictly according to the national standard,and adopt the split design method to reduce the design difficulty and manufacture difficulty of the equipment,the test result of the intelligent detector is accurate,in line with the relevant national standards,norms,and to a certain extent,reduce the labor intensity of staff,improve their work efficiency.
