摘要
笔者对《市场监管总局关于进一步做好改进电梯维护保养模式和调整电梯检验检测方式试点工作的意见》(国市监特设[2020]56号)(以下简称:《意见》)中电梯检验和电梯检测的调整内容,电梯检验和电梯检测的性质区别,并针对目前执行的电梯检验和电梯检测将要发生的变化,电梯检验和电梯检测各自开展中的特点和未来电梯检验检测的发展提出了个人看法.对于参与检验和检测的单位如何应对改革提出了建议.
As the File of Opinions of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Further Improving the Pilot Work of the Elevator Maintenance Mode and Adjusting the Elevator Inspection and Testing Mode is issued.In this paper,the author puts forward personal views on the the adjustment contents of elevator inspection and elevator testing,the differences in character between elevator inspection and elevator testing in the document,the changes to be made in elevator inspection and elevator testing,the characteristics of elevator inspection and elevator testing in the their respective development,and the development of elevator inspection and elevator testing in the future.Some suggestions on how to deal with the reform are put forward.
