摘要
风电自身的波动性和不可准确预测性导致其难以有效执行调度计划,很可能出现实际并网功率与计划功率存在较大偏差的情况,使电力系统的稳定运行面临严峻挑战。储能作为一种高效灵活的能量转换手段,为提高风电的可调度性提供了新的解决途径。以风储系统跟踪计划出力原理和获取储能指令功率两部分介绍了该领域的研究现状,并对其做出评价,最后展望了未来的发展趋势。
The volatility and unpredictability of wind power itself make it difficult to effectively implement the dispatching plan.It is likely that there will be a large deviation between the actual grid connected power and the planned power,which will make the stable operation of the power system face severe challenges.As an efficient and flexible means of energy conversion,energy storage provides a new solution for improving the schedulability of wind power.The two parts of wind storage system tracking plan output principle and obtaining energy storage command power are introduced and evaluated in this field.Finally,the future development trend is prospected.
