摘要
在核电站建造和运行过程中,起重机安装在各个设备的上方,负责设备的吊运。由于核电站厂房内空间狭小且物项较多,以传统方法设计的起重机常达不到吊运要求且易与其他物项碰撞,导致起重机安装时问题较多。通过分析当前起重机设计方法的缺陷,提出了核电站起重机数字化设计方法,经实际验证,应用该方法能有效减少核电站起重机的安装问题,为核电站其他类似问题提供了解决方案。
During the construction and operation of the nuclear power plant,the crane is installed above each equipment and is responsible for the lifting of the equipment.Due to the narrow space and many items in the nuclear power plant,the crane designed by the traditional method often can not meet the lifting requirements and is easy to collide with other items,resulting in more problems in crane installation.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the current crane design methods,the digital design method of nuclear power plant crane is put forward.The practical application shows that it can effectively reduce the installation problem of crane in nuclear power plant,and provides a solution for other similar equipment in nuclear power plant.
