摘要
结合1 m带式输送机的技术参数,研究了转速为85 r/min的160 kW矿用永磁同步电动滚筒的电磁方案、防爆结构和水冷结构。通过应用,对传统异步电机驱动系统和永磁同步电动滚筒驱动系统进行了节能分析比较。
Based on the technical parameters of 1 m belt conveyor,study the electromagnetic scheme,explosion-proof structure and water-cooling structure of 160 kW mine permanent magnet synchronous electric drum with rotational speed of 85 r/min.The energy-saving analysis of traditional asynchronous motor drive system and permanent magnet synchronous electric roller drive system is carried out by application.
