摘要
建设工程质量潜在缺陷保险引入了第三方独立的技术风险管理服务机构(TIS),以技术理论和工程实践为依据,专注于质量缺陷风险的出险概率和发生风险的严重性进行风险评价。本文将对工程质量潜在缺陷保险进行简要介绍,遵循TIS机构技术风险管理的原则,从风险评估依据、风险识别和风险评价三方面进行梳理,将风险管理与电气技术两个学科相结合,探讨并初步形成切实可行的电气工程技术风险评价清单。
The inherent defects insurance of building needs a third-party independent technical inspection service(TIS),which is based on the technical theory and engineering practice,and focuses on the risk assessment of the risk probability and the severity of the risk.This paper will briefly introduce the inherent defects insurance of building,follow the principle of TIS technical risk management,analysis from three aspects:basis of risk assessment,risk identification and risk evaluation,and combines risk management with electrical technology,and discusses and preliminarily forms a feasible list of risk assessment of electrical engineering technology.
