摘要
低碳建筑是促进建筑行业可持续发展的重大变革,也是未来建筑行业的发展趋势。一套科学合理的技术方案是促成低碳建筑顺利开展、实现低碳目标的重要基础。将层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法结合使用,利用灰色理论对低碳建筑技术方案进行评选,运用层次分析法确定评价指标权重,实现主观评价向数字处理的转变,削弱专家打分对评选结果的主观影响,建立了一种多目标决策模型。通过南京市公共卫生医疗中心项目对该方法进行验证,以期对低碳建筑技术方案优选有所裨益。
Low carbon building is a major renovation for promoting sustainable development in the construction industry, but also the trend of the construction industry. A scientific and reasonable technical solution is an important foundation to promote the smooth development of low-carbon buildings and achieve low-carbon objectives. The AHP and grey correlation analysis(GRA ) are utilized, using grey theory for low carbon building technology program selection. AHP determines the evaluation index weight, and transforms the subjective evaluation to digital processing, weakening subjective influence of expert scoring on the selection results and establishing a multi-objective decision-making model. This paper expects to be benefit for low-carbon building technology schemes verified by the example of Nanjing Public Health Medical Center project.
