摘要
为考察北京市学前融合教育的实施现状及存在问题,选取北京市13所融合幼儿园,针对幼儿园管理者、教师、普通儿童家长、特殊儿童家长四类人群,发放1450份问卷,并从中选取包括管理者、教师、特殊儿童家长、普通儿童家长在内的8位研究对象进行访谈。研究发现,北京市融合幼儿园对特殊儿童接纳度较高、有较好的硬件设施和人员配备、融合方式比较多元,存在的主要问题是缺乏特殊幼儿入园标准、幼儿园无法提供有效的个别化支持、融合教育师资的专业素养不足以及特殊儿童家长获得的支持性服务不足等。据此,研究者认为急需加强制度保障和政策支持、完善学前融合支持服务体系、建立融合教育支持共同体、提高教师融合教育服务能力,以及加大对特殊儿童家长的支持力度等策略。
In order to examine the current situation and problems of inclusive education and support services for preschool children with disabilities in Beijing,13 inclusive kindergartens were selected,and 1450 questionnaires were distributed among four groups of people:kindergarten managers,teachers,parents of ordinary children,and parents of children with disabilities,and in-depth interviews were conducted with eight research subjects,including managers,teachers,and parents of children with disabilities.The results show that inclusive kindergartens in Beijing have a high degree of acceptance of preschool children with disabilities,have basic conditions for inclusive education,and a diversified inclusive mode;the major problems include the lack of admission standards for children with autism,the inability of kindergartens to provide effective individualized support,and the lack of professionalism of teachers in inclusive education.Accordingly,the researchers suggest that there is an urgent need for institutional protection and policy support,for improving the preschool inclusive support service system,establishing inclusive education support communities,and improving teachers'capacity for inclusive education services.
