摘要
人民至上是我国一切政治理论及政治语境始终强调的核心价值理念,同时也是我国教育领域改革发展的根本遵循。职业教育作为我国教育系统的重要组成部分,其高质量发展必须坚持人民至上。就理论逻辑而言,职业教育高质量发展依靠人民、服务人民、由人民评判;就价值逻辑而言,职业教育高质量发展坚持人民至上,有利于职业教育落实立德树人根本任务,有助于增强职业教育适应性,有益于提升职业教育吸引力。时至当下,职业教育高质量发展的逻辑起点已构成,要在内涵式建设过程中坚持人民至上理念,有必要将站稳人民立场、把握人民愿望、集中人民智慧、尊重人民创造性作为其实践旨趣。
People First is the core value that has always been emphasized in all political theories and contexts in China,and it is also the fundamental guideline for reform and development in the field of education in China.As an important part of China's education system,the high⁃quality development of vocational education must adhere to the supremacy of the people.The reason is that,in terms of theoretical logic,the high⁃quality development of vocational education relies on the people,serves the people and is judged by the people;in terms of value logic,adhering to the supremacy of the people in the high⁃quality development of vocational education is conducive to the realization of the fundamental task of establishing moral education in vocational education,helps enhance the adaptability of vocational education and is beneficial to the enhancement of the attractiveness of vocational education.At present,the logical starting point of high⁃quality development of vocational education has been constituted.To adhere to the concept of people first in the process of internal construction,it is necessary to take the people's stand,grasp their aspirations,concentrate their wisdom and respect their creativity as its practical interest.
