摘要
高校系统性安全的实现,本质上是一个持续发展的动态过程。要解决高校安全问题,就必须从根本上转变人对于安全的定义,帮助其建立生态立体的安全知识体系,树立安全意识。高校作为知识的生产者和传播者,有义务承担起系统性安全知识体系构建、系统性安全知识内容整合等必要的知识管理任务,以促使系统性安全教育工作可以顺利开展。对此,在分析知识管理和系统性安全基本含义界定的基础上,对当下高校系统性安全教育的紧迫性和必要性进行了概述,并明确了教育发展目标和存在的现实困境,最后提出要进一步加大系统性安全教育知识体系建设,完善教育内容,融入人文素质;同时基于现代理念构建专项知识库、延长知识链,持续完善和推进教育实践工作。
The realization of systematic security is essentially a dynamic process of sustainable development.To solve systematic security problems and continuously improve the quality of security in colleges and schools,we must fundamentally change people’s definition of security,help them establish an systematic security knowledge system and establish security awareness.As producers and disseminators of knowledge,colleges and universities are obliged to undertake the necessary knowledge management tasks such as the construction of security knowledge system and the integration of security knowledge content,so as to promote the smooth development of security education.In this regard,based on the analysis of the definition of knowledge management and security,this paper summarizes the urgency and necessity of the current systematic security education in colleges and universities,clarifies the educational development goals and the existing practical difficulties,and finally proposes to further strengthen the construction of the ecological security education knowledge system,improve the educational content,and integrate the humanistic quality.At the same time,we will build a special knowledge base based on modern concepts,extend the knowledge chain,and continue to improve and promote educational practice.
