摘要 生态素养是人与人、人与社会、人与自然共生共荣共情的产物,其主要内容包括生态主体的价值认知、生态知识储备和生态行为能力三个方面。纵观以往的生态治理路径可以发现,过去单纯依赖技术修复的生态治理模式已不可行,主体意识的复归成为了生态治理的必走之路,而生态素养培育是主体意识在生态领域的具体表现。但是以"主体性复归"为特征的生态素养培育新模式在现实中也存在诸多问题,集中表现为生态价值观念淡薄、生态知识匮乏和生态能力不足。若要解决这些问题,则需要政府引导、学校推进、社会扶持与监督、家庭熏陶和个人践行的共同推动,唯此才能真正实现全民生态素养的提升与完善。 Ecological literacy mainly includes three aspects,namely,the ecological subject's values cognition,ecological knowledge reservations and ecological behavior ability.It can be found throughout the past ecological governance that it is not feasible to rely on technology as the ecological management.Therefore,the revival of subject consciousness has become the essential element for ecological management,and ecological literacy cultivation is the manifestation of subject consciousness in the field of ecology.But the new ecological literacy cultivation mode characterized by "subjectivity reset"also has many problems,such as the weak awareness of ecological value and the lack of ecological knowledge and ecological capacity.To solve these problems,we call for the government's guide,schools' promotion,social supports and supervision,family influence and personal practice.Only in this we can truly achieve the promotion and get perfection of ecological literacy.
