马齿苋在养殖业上的应用系统评价及Meta分析

摘要 随着抗生素耐药性问题的出现,抗生素促生长剂替代品的开发成为畜牧养殖的发展趋势。马齿苋含有多糖、黄酮类、生物碱类、有机酸等多种活性成分,具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗病毒等多种生物学功能,并可改善动物的生长性能,提高动物的免疫能力,是一种潜在的抗生素促生长剂替代品。文章对马齿苋的生物学功能以及应用现状进行回顾总结,并使用RevMan 5.4软件对马齿苋促生长作用进行Meta分析。Meta分析结果表明:马齿苋相关饲料添加剂能够提高猪和鸡的平均日增重[SMD=2.08,95%CI(1.89,2.27),P<0.00001]和平均日采食量[SMD=0.89,95%CI(0.21,1.57),P=0.01],降低料肉比[SMD=-1.18,95%CI(-1.93,-0.43),P=0.002],提高饲料效率,从而促进饲喂动物的生长。本研究为马齿苋相关产品的开发以及作为饲料添加剂的应用及深入研究提供了科学的参考依据。 With the emergence of antibiotic resistance,the development of antibiotic growth-promoting agent substitutes has become the development trend of animal husbandry.Portulaca oleracea L.contains polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids,organic acids and other active ingredients,with antibacterial,antioxidant,antiviral and other biological functions.In this paper,the biological function and application status of Portulaca oleracea were reviewed and summarized,and RevMan 5.4 software was used to analyze the growth promoting effect of Portulaca oleracea L.Meta-analysis showed that Portulaca oleracea L.related feed additives could increase the mean daily gain[SMD=2.08,95%CI(1.89,2.27),P<0.00001]and mean daily feed intake[SMD=0.89,95%CI(0.21,1.57),P=0.01],decrease the feed to meat ratio[SMD=-1.18,95%CI(-1.93,-0.43),P=0.002],and improve feed efficiency in pigs and chickens,thereby promoting the growth of fed animals.This study provide a scientific reference for the development of Portulaca oleracea L.related products and their application as feed additives.
