摘要 使用妥尔油脂肪酸制备合成水性厚浆涂料用醇酸树脂,通过探究脂肪酸的种类及含量、酸性树脂改性剂对叔丁基苯甲酸的用量及回流溶剂的选择对水性醇酸树脂的制备过程及产品性能指标的影响得出水性厚浆涂料用醇酸树脂优化配方。 Alkyd resin for waterborne mastic coatings was prepared with tall oil fatty acid.The effects of the type and content of fatty acid,the dosage of acid resin modifier PTBBA and reflux solvent selection on the process of waterborne alkyd resin preparation and the product performance indicators were explored to obtain an optimized formula of alkyd resin for waterborne mastic coatings.
