聚四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯增韧改性3D打印光敏树脂 被引量:3

Toughening Modification of Photosensitive Resins for 3D Printing by Polytetrahydrofuran Acrylate

摘要 选择环氧树脂作为阳离子型预聚物,乙氧化三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯作为自由基型预聚物,3-乙基-3-羟甲基氧杂环丁烷为活性稀释剂,三芳基硫鎓盐和1-羟基环乙基苯基甲酮为光引发剂制备3D打印光敏树脂。以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和丙烯酸为原料,制备合成不同分子量的聚四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯(PTHF650-DA),将其用于3D打印光敏树脂的增韧改性,并采用立体光刻成型(SLA)技术打印制品。结果表明,当添加5%(质量分数)的PTHF650-DA时,3D打印制备样件具有优异的力学性能,材料的韧性得到极大改善,断裂伸长率达16.34%,提高35%;缺口冲击强度达7.48kJ/m2,提高46%;且该树脂的体积收缩率较低,为3.52%。所开发的光敏树脂具有优异的柔韧性,可经SLA-3D打印制得力学性能优异、精度高的成型样件。 The 3D printing photosensitive resin was prepared by using epoxy resin as cationic prepolymers,ethoxytrimethylolpropane triacrylate as free radical prepolymers,3-ethyl-3-hydroxymethyloxyheterocyclobutane as active diluents,triarylsulfonium salt and 1-hydroxycyclohexylphenyl ketone as photoinitiators.Polytetrahydrofuran acrylates with different molecular weight were synthesized from polytetrahydrofuran ether glycols and acrylic acid.The prepared polytetrahydrofuran acrylates(PTHF650-DA)were then used to toughen and modify photosensitive resins for 3D printing,and three-dimensional lithography molding(SLA)technology was used to print products.The results show that when 5%w/w PTHF650-DA is introduced,the generating photosensitive resin has good mechanical properties,the toughness is greatly improved.The results show that the elongation at break of the samples reaches 16.34%,increasing by 35%.The impact strength reaches 7.48 kJ/m2,increasing by 46%.The volume shrinkage of the resin is 3.52%.The photosensitive resin developed in the test has excellent flexibility,and can be used to produce molding samples with excellent mechanical properties and high precision through SLA-3D printing.
