摘要
近年来,铁路领域逐渐朝信息化、智能化方向发展,并且在此背景下,国铁集团加大力度对铁路车站智能平台进行设计与研究,并对其进行了大胆的尝试,目的是提升客运生产管控效率,进而为旅客提供一流的服务。因此,文章对智能客站旅客服务与生产管控平台的设计思路与实施后的实践情况进行了研究和探讨。
In recent years,the railway field has gradually developed in the direction of informatization and intelligence,and under this background,China Railway Group has specially increased the design and research of the intelligent platform for railway stations,and made a bold attempt on it,with the aim of improving passenger production and control efficiency,and then provide first-class services for passengers.Therefore,the article studies and discusses the design ideas and implementation of the intelligent passenger station passenger service and production control platform.
