冬奥背景下铁路旅客服务与生产管控平台适配提升研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 基于已建设的铁路旅客服务与生产管控平台1.0的应用现状,紧密结合北京冬奥会赛事期间的旅客出行服务需求,围绕客运车站的智能化发展方向,提出冬奥背景下的管控平台适配提升关键点。以管控平台各类智能化业务应用的接入、监控、管理需求为导向,提出基于中台架构的管控平台总体架构设计以及技术方案的构建方法;在管控平台相关运输生产数据的基础上,辅以数据可视化、智能视频分析、中台微服务等技术手段,研究应急场景处置展示方式、中英文语音播报与引导揭示单元以及新调度集成平台。管控平台在冬奥赛事期间应用于京张高速铁路,有效提升客运车站核心系统的稳定性与旅客服务能力,为京张高速铁路在北京冬奥会期间平稳运行提供强有力的科技支撑。 After analyzing the application of the existing railway passenger service and production control platform 1.0 and combining the passenger travel service demands during the Beijing Winter Olympics and the intelligent development direction of the railway stations,this paper proposed key points for the adaptation and improvement of the control platform during the Winter Olympics.Guided by the access,monitoring,and management requirements of various intelligent business applications of the control platform,the paper designed the overall architecture of the control platform based on the middle platform architecture and the construction method of the technical scheme.On the basis of relevant transportation and production data of the control platform,supplemented by technical methods such as data visualization,intelligent video analysis,and middle platform micro-services,it studied the emergency scene disposal display mode,Chinese and English voice broadcast,guidance and disclosure unit,and new dispatching integration platform.The control platform was applied to the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway during the Winter Olympics,which effectively improved the stability and passenger service of the core system of the passenger station.Additionally,powerful scientific and technological support was provided for the smooth operation of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway during the Beijing Winter Olympics.
