油基钻屑热馏处理技术及资源最大化梯级利用研究 被引量:1

摘要 油基钻井液性能优越,性价比高,在页岩气等非常规油气开发中使用量越来越大,产生大量油基岩屑的资源最大化利用问题,一直制约着非常规油气的绿色勘探开发。油基钻屑主要有随钻减量、热馏处理、油水气渣资源最大化利用等管理过程。随钻减量采用“负压振动筛+甩干+多级离心”技术,回收的油基泥浆直接回井队循环利用;热馏处理采用热脱附实现固液分离,得到热脱附油、脱油灰渣、循环水、不凝气等产物,脱油后的灰渣含油率不大于0.3%,达到相关标准的限值要求;热脱附油用以配制油基泥浆,其与老浆混配使用;脱油灰渣用于制备陶粒支撑剂,最大掺量达80%,利用率高;循环水处理后,各项指标满足相关技术规范要求,它可用于配制压裂返排液;不凝气以CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)等为主,经脱硫脱水净化后,作为热源供热馏设备使用,全部回收利用,降低20%能耗。油基钻屑在本生产系统内实现资源梯级利用,消除污染。该技术为非常规油气绿色勘探开发、资源循环利用提供有效参考,为今后开发更具环保性的绿色技术奠定基础。 The oil-based drilling fluid has superior performance and high cost performance,it is increasingly used in unconventional oil and gas development such as shale gas,which has led to the problem of maximizing the resource utilization of a large amount of oil-based cuttings,thus always constraining the green exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas.The main management processes for oil-based drilling cuttings include weight reduction while drilling,thermal distillation treatment,and maximizing the utilization of oil,water,gas and residue resources.The "negative pressure vibrating screen+drying+multi-stage centrifugation" technology is used for weight reduction while drilling,and the recovered oil-based mud is directly returned to the drilling crew for recycling;the thermal distillation treatment uses thermal desorption to achieve solid-liquid separation,obtaining products such as thermal desorption oil,deoiled ash residue,circulating water,non condensable gas,etc.,the oil content of the deoiled ash residue is not more than 0.3%,meeting the limit requirements of relevant standards;thermal desorption oil is used to prepare oil-based mud,which is mixed with old mud for use;the deoiled ash residue is used to prepare ceramic particle proppant,with a maximum dosage of 80% and high utilization rate;after the treatment of circulating water,all indicators meet the relevant technical specifications,and it can be used to prepare fracturing flowback fluid;non condensable gas mainly consists of CH_4,C_2H_4,C_2H_6,etc.,after desulfurization,dehydration and purification,it is used as a heat source for heating and distillation equipment,all of which are recycled and reused,reducing energy consumption by 20%.Oil based drilling cuttings are achieved resource cascade utilization and eliminate pollution in this production system.This technology provides effective reference for green exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas,resource recycling,and lays the foundation for the future development of more en
