摘要
为了研究铁尾矿在道路基层中大规模利用的可行性,本研究以力学强度最优为原则确定了铁尾矿砂、粗铁尾矿对水泥稳定碎石基层力学性能的影响,并在最大掺量下研究了水泥稳定碎石力学性质增长规律。结果表明:随铁尾矿砂掺量的增加,无侧限抗压强度基本呈线性下降趋势;随粗铁尾矿集料掺量的增加,水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度逐渐减小,且减小速率逐渐增大,4%水泥剂量下粗铁尾矿集料最大掺量为80%。铁尾矿的掺量对强度大小有影响,但不影响强度增长规律。
In order to study the feasibility of large-scale utilization of iron tailings in road base,the influence of iron tailings and coarse iron tailings on the mechanical properties of cement-stabilized gravel base was determined based on the principle of optimal mechanical strength,and the growth law of mechanical properties of cement-stabilized gravel was studied under the maximum dosage.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength decreases linearly with the increase of iron tailings content.With the increase of aggregate content of coarse iron tailings,the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized crushed stone decreases gradually,and the decreasing rate increases gradually.The maximum aggregate content of coarse iron tailings is 80%at 4%cement dosage.The content of iron tailings has an effect on the strength,but does not affect the strength growth law.
