摘要
多孔沥青混合料(PAM)作为一种不连续级配的特殊路面材料,因其高空隙率而具有多功能性,在路面工程中得到了广泛的应用。但是PAM强度低、抗裂性差和耐久性差,限制了在季冻区的广泛应用。因此本研究通过优化配合比设计和添加改性材料改善PAM在低温气候环境下的路用性能。试验过程中挑选在季冻区性能表现良好的原材料,并根据材料特性和路用性能要求,设计多组配合比并进行室内试验,对比室内试验结果从而优化季冻区多孔沥青混合料的配合比设计。本文的研究结果为季冻区多孔沥青混合料设计过程中的材料选择、配合比设计提供了重要参考,可以保证成型后的PAM具有良好的路用性能。
Porous asphalt mixture(PAM),as a special pavement material with discontinuous grading,has been widely used in pavement engineering due to its high porosity and versatility.However,the low strength,poor crack resistance,and poor durability of PAM limit its widespread application in seasonal freezing zones.Therefore,this study improves the road performance of PAM in low-temperature climate environments by optimizing the mix design and adding modified materials.During the experiment,select raw materials with good performance in the seasonally frozen area,and design multiple sets of mix proportions based on material characteristics and road performance requirements,and conduct indoor experiments to compare the results of indoor experiments to optimize the mix design of porous asphalt mixtures in the seasonally frozen area.The research results of this article provide important references for material selection and mix design in the design process of porous asphalt mixtures in seasonally frozen areas,which can ensure that the formed PAM has good road performance.
