基于图像相关系数的液体浓度测量

摘要 根据透明介质折射产生的轴向位移引起的散斑图像差异性,利用图像相关系数对液体浓度进行了测量。实验搭建了散斑测量光路,首先调节装有水及不同浓度液体的槽垂直光轴放置,采集多张散斑图像,并以水的散斑图作为基准图,分别与不同浓度液体的散斑图进行相关处理,进而得到相关系数和溶液浓度的定标曲线。然后,进一步分析讨论了光路结构参数对定标曲线的影响。 Based on the difference of speckle images due to the axial displacement caused by refraction of transparent media,the liquid concentration was measured using image correlation coefficients,and then a speckle optical measurement system was established.Firstly,adjust the glass cell separately containing the water and the liquids with different concentrations perpendicular to the optical axis,collect multiple laser speckle images,and calculate the image correlation coefficients between the water using as the reference medium and the liquids with different concentrations,and then obtain the calibration curves of the correlation coefficient and liquid concentration.Moreover,the influence of optical system parameters on the calibration curves was further analyzed and discussed.
