湿法磷酸装置蒸汽冷凝水的梯级回收利用

摘要 硫磺制酸法湿法磷酸装置中,为平衡脱盐水站的水热平衡,减少蒸汽冷凝水外排量,提高蒸汽利用率,开展了蒸汽冷凝水的梯级回收利用技术改造。根据冷凝水的质量,确定不同质量冷凝水的去处,分析合格后的冷凝水可直接送往除氧器,无需再经脱盐水站处理,从而降低脱盐水站内部消耗。并且可以直接利用温度在100℃左右的冷凝水余热,实现了水蒸汽资源的梯级高效回收利用,节约了能源。 In the wet-process phosphoric acid plant using sulfur based sulfuric acid production,in order to balance the water heat balance of the desalted water station,reduce the external discharge of steam condensate,and improve the steam utilization rate,a technological transformation for cascade recovery and utilization of steam condensate has been carried out.According to the quality of condensed water,determine the destination of different quality condensed water.After analysis,qualified condensed water can be directly sent to the deaerator without further treatment by the desalted water station,thereby reducing internal consumption of the desalted water station,and directly utilizing the residual heat of condensed water with a temperature of around 100℃.The cascade efficient recovery and utilization of water vapor resources are realized,and energy is saved.
