摘要
文章从一线教师角度出发,研究教师如何在已有校企合作项目基础上发挥主体作用搜集企业资源深度嵌入课堂教学改革各个环节的“1234”模式,具体为一个结构化教学团队、两个教学平台、三类企业资源挖掘、四个教改领域,教法上提倡项目教学、混合式教学、PBL、体验式教学,切实培养学生与行业企业岗位需求相对应的职业能力。
From the perspective of front-line teachers,the article studies the“1234”modes which are the roles of teachers in collecting enterprise resources deeply embedded in all aspects of classroom teaching reform based on the existing school-enterprise cooperation projects,namely a structured teaching team,two teaching platforms,three types of enterprise resources mining,and four areas of teaching reform.The teaching methods such as project teaching,blended teaching,PBL,and experiential teaching are advocated to effectively cultivate students’vocational ability corresponding to the job requirements of industry enterprises.
