摘要
国家两部委关于卓越新闻传播人才教育培养计划2.0的意见中提出推行三级专业认证。而专业认证作为国际上较为成熟的教育质量评估机制的引入价值在于:促进教学模式创新、开展实质等效国际互认、打造高水平质量文化等。基于专业认证理念的教学模式具有强聚焦的培养体系、能力导向的教学构架、层级化数据评价、教学质量自主持续改进等优势功能。在当下卓越新闻传播人才培养建设背景下,依照专业认证要求构建新型教学模式,需要处理好中国特色化适用、人文教育定量评价方法、教学机制调配支撑等问题。
In the opinion of two ministries and commissions of the state on the education and training plan 2.0 for brilliant journalism and communication talents, it is proposed to promote three-level professional certification. The introduction value of professional certification as an internationally mature education quality assessment mechanism lies in promoting innovation in teaching mode, carrying out international mutual recognition of substantial equivalence, and creating a high-level quality culture. The teaching mode based on the concept of professional certification has such advantages as a strong focused training system, ability-oriented teaching framework, hierarchical data evaluation, and independent and continuous improvement of teaching quality. In the context of the cultivation and construction of brilliant journalism and communication talents, to build a new teaching mode according to the requirements of professional certification, it is necessary to deal with the problems such as the application of Chinese characteristics, the quantitative evaluation method of humanistic education, and the deployment and support of teaching mechanisms.
