摘要
新中国成立后,我国小学教师教育发展经历了整顿巩固期、曲折动乱期、恢复重建期、快速发展期、改革创新期等五个阶段。小学教师教育发展在实现开放化的小学教师教育体系、建设专业化的小学教师队伍、形成多元化的教育培养模式以及进行规范化的小学教师教育管理等方面取得一定成就。瞻望未来,小学教师教育发展应以“兴国必先强师”为理念,建设新时代小学教师教育体系;以服务小学教育发展为目标,推动优质小学教师教育均衡发展;改革师范生招生制度,优化课程体系,推动小学教师考核评价机制改革;依托“互联网+”技术,促进小学教师教育信息化。
After the founding of New China,the development of primary school teacher education in China has experienced five stages:consolidation period,tortuous and turbulent period,recovery and reconstruction period,rapid development period,reform and innovation period.The development of primary school teacher education has made some achievements in realizing an open primary school teacher education system,building a professional primary school teacher team,forming a diversified education and training model,and standardizing the management of primary school teacher education.Looking forward to the future,the development of primary school teachers'education should take the concept of“rejuvenating the country first,strengthening teachers”as the principle,build a new era of primary school teachers'education system;promote the balanced development of high-quality primary school teachers'education with the goal of serving the development of primary education;reform the enrollment system of normal school students,optimize the curriculum system,and promote the reform of the evaluation mechanism of primary school teachers.Relying on“Internet+”technology to promote the informatization of primary school teachers'education.
