摘要
目的 医护一体化延续性护理对全膝关节表面置换术患者术后的影响。方法 选择2019年6月至2020年12月在右江民族医学院附属医院进行全膝关节表面置换术(total knee arthroplasty, TKA)的60例患者为研究对象,按随机数表分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例),其中对照组按常规护理及随访方式。研究组从患者入院开始应用医护一体化延续性护理的方式进行干预。对两组患者心理健康状况、疼痛程度、膝关节功能等预后情况及医护工作满意度进行对比分析。结果 研究组术后1个月心理健康问卷-9(PHQ-9)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后1个月、术后3个月患者视觉描述疼痛评分均低于对照组,膝关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护服务满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用医护一体化延续性护理,改善了患者的不良情绪,减轻了患肢的疼痛,也有利于促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,同时显著提升了患者对医疗服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of medical-nursing integrated continuing nursing mode on patients with total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 60 patients who underwent TKA in Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases)according to random number table.Among them,the control group were given routine nursing and follow-up visit,and the study group intervened with medical-nursing integrated continuing nursing mode from admission.And then,the psychological health,pain degree,knee joint functions and other prognosis as well as medical and nursing job satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results 1 month after operation,Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month and 3 months after operation,the visual description pain scores of the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the knee function scores were higher than those of the control group,so the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical service in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical-nursing integrated continuing nursing mode can improve patients'bad mood,alleviate the pain of the affected limbs,help to promote the recovery of the knee functions of the patients,and significantly improve patients'satisfaction with medical services.
