摘要
目的对比两种膝关节功能评估量表Lysholm和Kujala评估前交叉韧带术后患者功能信度及两者的相关性研究。方法该研究共收集2019年9月-2020年6月该院收治的30例膝关节前交叉韧带术后患者,1名治疗师向所有患者讲解如何填写Lysholm和Kujala量表,患者先后填写以上两种量表,3 d后再填写一次。用相关性系数(ICC)来评估量表信度,同时应用Spearman rank correlation来评估两种量表的相关性。结果Lysholm量表在评估膝关节前交叉韧带术后的信度较高(ICC=0.91,95%可信区间:0.67~0.97),量表内子项目可靠性范围(ICC:0.71~0.97),Kujala量表在评估膝关节前交叉韧带术后的可靠性较高(ICC=0.94,95%可信区间:0.78~0.98),Kujala量表与Lysholm量表总分相关性好(rho=0.827,P=0.001)。结论Lysholm和Kujala量表用于膝关节前交叉韧带术后患者功能评估,显示了较好的信度,此外此两种量表的相关性较好,所以以上两种量表可以用于评估膝关节前交叉韧带术后患者功能。
Objective To compare two knee function assessment scales Lysholm and Kujala in assessing the functional reliability of patients after anterior cruciate ligament surgery and their correlation.Methods This study collected a total of 30 patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament surgery in the hospital from September 2019 to June 2020.A therapist explained to all patients how to fill in the Lysholm and Kujala scales.The patients filled in the above two kinds of scale,fill it out again after 3 d.Correlation coefficient(ICC)was used to evaluate the reliability of the scale,and Spearman rank correlation was used to evaluate the correlation between the two scales.Results The Lysholm scale had high reliability in assessing the knee joint anterior cruciate ligament surgery(ICC=0.91,95%confidence interval:0.67-0.97),the reliability range of the sub-items in the scale(ICC:0.71-0.97),Kujala scale was highly reliable in assessing the knee joint anterior cruciate ligament surgery(ICC=0.94,95%confidence interval:0.78-0.98).The Kujala scale had a good correlation with the total score of the Lysholm scale(rho=0.827,P=0.001).Conclusion The Lysholm and Kujala scales are used for functional assessment of patients after the knee anterior cruciate ligament surgery,and show good reliability.In addition,the two scales have a good correlation,so the above two scales can be used to evaluate the knee function of patients after anterior cruciate ligament surgery.
