摘要
本文以燃料全要素管理为管控目标,综合运用自动化、信息技术、网络技术等,建立燃料从采购、接卸、储存、耗用的全生命周期的标准化管理体系,从而实现煤流、信息流的闭环管理,旨在探寻降低发电燃煤成本、提高发电机组运行经济性。
This paper takes the total factor management of fuel as the management and control goal,and comprehensively uses automation,information technology,network technology,etc.to establish a standardized management system for the whole life cycle of fuel from procurement,unloading,storage,and consumption,so as to achieve closed-loop management of coal flow and information flow,aiming to reduce the cost of power generation and coal burning,and improve the operating economy of power generation units.
