摘要
简述燃料智能化系统建设在燃料成本控制中的作用,探讨燃煤混配掺烧在管理方面掺配方案协调差、库存管理落后等问题,结合电厂燃料智能管控系统功能介绍了建设数字化煤场、智能掺烧配煤管理、指导燃煤采购计划等目标的实现,并指出电厂燃煤智能化系统建设已在减少燃煤自燃、最优配煤方案确定及电厂掺烧管理水平提升等方面已取得初步效果。
The effect of fuel intelligent system construction in fuel cost control was introduced,the blending scheme coordination difference,poor inventory management in management of blending coal combustion were discussed,combining with fuel intelligent management system function,the construction of digital coal yard,intelligent blending coal combustion management,coal shopping list guidance could be realized,it was also indicated that power station fuel intelligent system construction has already had some preliminary effect on decrease of coal spontaneous combustion,the optimal coal blending plan determination and blending combustion management level.
