摘要 针对沙角C电厂燃料部设备点检信息数量庞大、种类复杂的特点,开发了一套完整的点检信息管理系统。该系统运用先进的B/S(浏览器/服务器)体系结构,融合数据流思想,实现了点检工作站、Web服务器/数据库服务器、客户端浏览器3个信息单元,解决了设备状态点检信息的采集、管理和利用问题。系统将采集的设备状态信息划分为定性和定量二类,分析点检项目的状态趋势,并提供设备缺陷报告和点检人员考勤信息。实际运行结果表明,该系统显著提高了点检工作的效率和点检结果的准确性,具有界面友好、操作简单、维护方便的特点。 A set of spot inspection information management system was developed to process the equipment condition information, characterized as massive data and complicated categories. The advanced B/S structure and data flow concept were utilized in this system to implement three information units i. e. workstation, web server/database server and client browser, so as to solve the acquisition, management and utilization of the spot inspection information on equipment conditions. In this system, the acquired condition information is divided into qualitative and quantitative information, based on which the state trend of spot inspection items is analyzed and the report on equipment faults and staff attendance records can be automatically presented. The practical operation shows that the system is of user-friendly interface, easy operation and convenient maintenance, with which the efficiency and accuracy of equipment spot inspection have been improved significantly.
