摘要
拓木是我国的药食两用物种,具有多种生物活性。对拓木树叶作为食品防腐剂和抗氧化剂来源的再利用潜力进行评估。评价拓木树叶中黄酮、多糖和皂苷的抗氧化和抗真菌活性,并将拓木黄酮类作为防腐剂应用于薄片中。结果表明,黄酮质量浓度5 mg/mL时,其对6种供试真菌的抑制率达100%,作为天然防腐剂在薄片中的防腐效果明显优于合成防腐剂苯甲酸钠(0.1%),抗氧化试验也显示良好的抗氧化活性。该试验为从拓木树叶中开发天然食品防腐剂和抗氧化剂提供潜在创新应用。
Cudrania tricuspidata(Carr.)Bur.(CTB)is a medicinal and edible species in China,which has many biological activities.The reutilization potential of CTB leaves as food preservative and antioxidant sources is evaluated.The antioxidant and antifungal activities of flavonoids,polysaccharides and saponins in the leaves of CTB are evaluated.The results show that when the concentration of flavonoids is 5 mg/mL,the inhibition rate of six tested fungi reaches 100%.As a natural preservative,the antiseptic effect is significantly better than that of the synthetic preservative sodium benzoate(0.1%)in slice,and the antioxidant test shows good antioxidant activity.A potential innovative application for developing natural food preservatives and antioxidants from the leaves of CTB is provided.
