摘要
本研究以华木莲(Sinomanglietia glauca)抗根腐种子6726R和感根腐种子4443S为材料,研究其在低温层积过程中生理指标的变化情况,为华木莲优良抗性品种的选育提供理论基础。结果显示:在低温层积过程中,华木莲抗根腐种子6726R和感根腐种子4443S的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均呈先上升后下降的趋势;MDA含量的变化趋势呈M型;POD整体呈上升趋势;CAT呈先下降后上升的趋势;SOD呈先上升后下降的趋势。华木莲抗根腐种子6726R的可溶性糖含量显著高于感根腐种子4443S,并且其CAT、SOD活性的增幅均也高于感根腐种子4443S。综上所述,华木莲种子通过增加可溶性糖含量和抗氧化酶活性,提高自身的抗逆性,并且可溶性糖可作为判断华木莲抗性的指标。
In this study,the changes of physiological indicators of root rot resistant seeds 6726R and root rot susceptible seeds 4443S of Sinomanglietia glauca were investigated during cold stratification respectively,which provided theoretical basis for breeding of excellent resistant varieties of S.glauca.The results showed that,during the cold stratification process,the change of soluble sugar and soluble protein content of S.glauca root rot resistant seeds 6726R and root rot susceptible seeds 4443S both increased first and declined then;the change of MDA content showed M-type;the activity of POD increased;the activity of CAT first declined and increased then;the activity of SOD first increased declined then.The soluble sugar content of S.glauca root rot resistant seeds 6726R was significantly higher than that of root rot susceptible seeds 4443S,the activities of CAT and SOD were also higher than that of root rot susceptible seeds 4443S respectively.In summary,S.glauca seeds improve their own stress resistance by increasing the soluble sugar content and antioxidant enzyme activity,and the soluble sugar can be used as an index to judge the resistance of S.glauca.
