摘要
社会主义生产是绵延百余年争论不断的学术和现实问题,中国改革开放实践催生的具有中国特色的生产组织方式变革需要新的理论探讨和归纳。本文基于长期平均成本曲线的微观基础探讨发现斜边“L”型长期平均成本曲线及多种规模经济产量的存在性,它源于企业家注意力水平与生产规模经济的匹配和动态调整。因规模经济对应的企业数量差异,企业家注意力水平的稀缺性使国有企业更适应强规模经济产业,而非弱规模经济产业,中央与地方之间的国有企业布局会呈现一个“倒金字塔”式结构。社会主义生产中国有企业的边界既依赖于经市场/非市场的企业家遴选机制的效率,也取决于其关系优势和知识共享优势对于组织劣势的相对重要性。中国特色社会主义生产是超大的市场容量下一般的生产组织规律、多样化规模经济运用与国有企业发挥范围经济作用、继承关系优势和知识共享优势的特殊性相结合的结果。
Socialist production has been a continuous academic and practical issue for over a hundred years.The transformation of production organization with Chinese characteristics that arose from China's reform and opening up requires new theoretical exploration and induction.Based on the micro foundation of the long-run average cost curve,this paper explores the existence of the oblique"L"shaped long-run average cost curve and various economies of scale,which stem from the matching and dynamic adjustment of entrepreneurs'attention levels and production economies of scale.Due to differences in the number of enterprises corresponding to economies of scale,the scarcity of entrepreneurs'attention levels makes state-owned enterprises more suited to strong-scale economies rather than weak-scale economies,and the layout of state-owned enterprises between the central and local governments presents an inverted pyramid structure.The boundaries of state-owned enterprises in Chinese socialist production depend not only on the efficiency of the market/non-market entrepreneurial selection mechanism,but also on the relative importance of their relationship advantages and knowledge-sharing advantages over organizational disadvantages.Socialist production with Chinese characteristics is the result of the combination of the general production organization rules with a huge market capacity,the diversified application of economies of scale and the particularity of state-owned enterprises in playing the role of economies of scope,inheritance of relationship and knowledge-sharing advantages.
