摘要
企业管理改革不断深入,企业的法人治理结构也日趋完善,初步建立了现代化企业制度体系.在企业内部建立科学、系统有效的制度体系,能够使企业最大限度地依靠制度实现自运转,不断提升企业经营管理效率、效果和效益.文章从科学合规、自我完善、执行有效三个维度构建了企业制度建设评价指标体系.在此基础上,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,选取某企业人力资源制度建设情况进行评价,并对该企业人力资源制度优化和完善提出了改进的建议和意见.
With the continuous deepening of enterprise management reform,the corporate governance structure of enterprises has also become increasingly perfect,and a modern enterprise system has been preliminarily established.Establishing a scientific,systematic and effective institutional system within the enterprise can enable the enterprise to rely on the system to achieve self operation,and improve the efficiency,effectiveness,and effectiveness of enterprise management.The article constructs an evaluation index system for enterprise institutional construction from three dimensions:scientific compliance,self-improvement,and effective execution.On this basis,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the weight of the indicators,and evaluate the construction of a certain enterprise's human resources system and propose improvement suggestions and opinions on the optimization of the enterprise's human resources system.
