摘要
文章利用演化博弈理论,构建动力电池正规回收商、非正规回收商、政府三方演化博弈模型,利用复制动态方程对各个主体策略选择进行分析,并提出相关建议.政府应完善相关法规政策,适度补贴、酌情惩处;正规回收商应不断探索新方法、新技术,减少回收成本,提升回收效率;非正规回收商应积极转型升级,积极向标准化、正规化发展.
The study uses evolutionary game to build a model of power battery formal recyclers,informal recyclers and the government,analyzes the strategy selection of each body by using the replication dynamic equation,and puts forward relevant suggestions.The government should issue corresponding policies and regulations,provide appropriate subsidies and punish as appropriate.Formal recyclers should constantly explore new methods and technologies to reduce recycling costs and improve recycling efficiency.Informal recyclers should actively transform and upgrade,and actively develop to standardization and regularization.
