摘要
在价格敏感型随机需求的闭环供应链中,分析了集中式决策和三种分散式回收渠道下系统的最优决策,探讨了不同的回收成本结构对系统决策以及回收渠道选择的影响。数值仿真的结果表明:无论在何种回收渠道下,与成本规模不经济的情形相比,规模经济时最优回收率更高,成员从再制造中获益更大。当成本结构规模经济时,零售商回收效率最高;而当成本结构规模不经济时,制造商回收效率最高。提出二部定价契约对分散式供应链进行协调。
In a closed-loop supply chain with price-sensitive uncertain demand,the optimal system strategies under centralized decision and three decentralized recycling channels are analyzed,and the impacts of alternative recycling cost structures on system decision and recycling channel are discussed.The results show that no matter what recycling channel is,compared with diseconomy of cost scale,optimal recycling rate is higher and the members can get more profits from remanufacturing in scale economy.Retailer recycling is the most effective channel with economy of scale,whereas the effect of manufacturer recycling is the highest with diseconomy of scale.Finally two-tariff contract is put forward for decentralized decisions.
