摘要
针对不同的催化剂组合和反应温度,探讨C4烯烃制备策略的优化问题。基于C4烯烃制备的部分实验数据,首先利用Pearson相关系数和回归分析理论,建立相关性分析模型和多元回归分析模型;然后根据所建立的相关性分析模型对7种主要影响因素进行分析,得到各因素与目标数据的相关程度;最后通过SPSS软件对多元回归分析模型的参数进行求解并进行优化,建立了以C4烯烃收率最高为目标的回归模型。结果表明所建立的模型是有效的。
IIn this paper,the optimization of the preparation strategy of C4 olefin was studied for different catalyst combinations and reaction temperatures.Based on the experimental data of C4 olefin preparation and Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis theory,correlation analysis model and multiple regression analysis model were established in this paper.The correlation analysis model was used to analyze the seven main influencing factors,and the correlation degree between each factor and the target data was obtained.Then,SPSS software was used to solve and optimize the parameters of the multiple regression analysis model,and the regression model with the highest C4 olefin yield was established as the goal.The application results of the model indicate the validity of the model.
