中国地级市工业全要素生产率的测度及比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 依据对工业产出的不同界定,将地级市工业全要素生产率分成了仅包含期望产出以及包含期望与非期望产出的工业全要素生产率两类;同时,结合嵌入空间计量的改进索洛余值法以及DEA-SBM模型,测度了两类地级市工业全要素生产率,还基于均值分析、Dagum基尼系数和核密度估计对地级市工业发展中的两类效率值进行了比较,并由此解析了中国地级市工业发展效率特征。结论显示,仅包含期望产出的地级市工业全要素生产率测度结果高于包含期望与非期望产出的工业全要素生产率,地级市工业发展中需要更加重视包含非期望产出的工业全要素生产率的提升;中国地级市工业的发展效率在区域空间上存在着明显的差异性和发展差距,近年来中国地级市工业发展中仅包含期望产出的全要素生产率的空间差距水平仍较高且有一定的上升趋势,同时包含期望与非期望产出的工业全要素生产率的空间差距水平较低但整体发展水平不高;中国地级市工业发展效率的动态演变呈现出明显的阶段性特征,两类发展效率的核密度估计图形状基本呈现出“单峰”或“双峰”特征。 According to the different definitions of industrial output,the industrial total factor productivity of prefecture-level cities is divided into two categories:excluding undesirable outputs and including undesirable outputs.These two types of China’s industrial TFP are measured by the improved Solow residual method embedded in spatial measurement and the DEA-SBM model.And this paper compares the above two types of efficiency values in the industrial development of prefecture-level cities using mean value analysis,Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation,then thus analyzes the overall characteristics of China’s industrial development efficiency at the prefecture level.Three conclusions have been drawn in this paper.First,the measurement results of China’s industrial TFP excluding undesirable outputs at the prefecture level are higher than those including undesirable outputs,thus more attention should be paid to the latter to promote industrial green transition.Second,there are obvious regional differences and development gaps in regional space of China’s industrial development efficiency at prefecture level.Recently,the spatial gap level of China’s industrial TFP excluding undesirable outputs of prefecture-level cities is still high and has a certain upward trend,while the spatial gap level of China’s industrial TFP including undesirable outputs of prefecture-level cities is low and their overall development level is not so high.Third,the dynamic evolution of China’s industrial development efficiency of prefecture-level cities shows obvious phased characteristics,and the shape of kernel density estimation figures of the two types of industrial development efficiency shows the characteristics of“single peak”or“double peak”.
