摘要
近年来,开发区的发展面临着越来越多的难题和挑战,经济增长压力凸显、资源紧缺形势加剧,迫使开发区寻求新的发展思路。本文在深入研究临清市经济开发区产业和空间现状特征的基础上:从产业转型发展和空间规划应对两个方面,探索出一个适合开发区产业转型升级的空间布局模式,引导开发区产业发展和空间布局协同高质量发展。
In recent years,the evolution of the development zone is facing more and more problems and challenges.The prominent pressure of economic growth and the intensification of resource shortage have forced the development zone to seek new development ideas.Based on the in-depth study of the current industrial and spatial characteristics of Linqing Economic Development Zone,this paper explores a spatial layout model suitable for the industrial transformation and upgrading of the development zonefrom the twoaspects of industrial transformation and development and spatial planning,so as to guide the coordinated high-quality development of industrial development and spatial layout of the develop-mentzone.
