摘要
缸体作为发动机关键零部件之一,其中#399缸盖接合面作为缸盖安装接合面,其加工质量直接影响到发动机燃烧室密封性、压缩比、动力性、燃油经济性、烧机油等,更甚者会缩短发动机耐久性。因此,#399面的加工控制要求有轮廓度、平行度、平面度、到G-H距离、粗糙度超差、表面质量等控制要求。近年来,缸体频繁出现#399面精铣加工刀痕,存在极大的返修/报废浪费损失,且存在质量缺陷流出风险。
Cylinder block is one of the key parts of the engine.The #399-cylinder head joint surface as the cylinder head installation joint surface,and its processing quality directly affect the engine combustion chamber sealing,compression ratio,power,fuel economy,burning oil,and so on,and even will shorten the engine durability.Therefore,the machining control requirements of #399 surface include contour,parallelism,flatness,distance to G-H,roughness aberration,surface quality and other control requirements.In recent years,surface#399 finishing milling tool marks frequently appear in the cylinder block,resulting in great loss of repair/scrap waste and quality defect leakage risk.
